Not familiar with Whad'ya Know? Check out this Youtube video of the opening with All the News That Isn't of a show from October 2009:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
That you probably know the answers to already.

WHEN IS THE SHOW?

Saturday morning, June 5th, 2010. The broadcast begins at exactly 11AM Eastern Time. This is a national broadcast to hundreds of affiliate stations, so we must be punctual!

WHEN MUST I ARRIVE?

No later than 10:30am.

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
Two hours. Again, it's precisely timed.

WHAT'S THE SHOW ABOUT?

It's a comedy, interview, and quiz show. There's also some performances by local bands and the Whad'ya Know Trio.

The show features such segments as:
"All the News That Isn't" - a parody reading of local news and events. • "Thanks for the Memos" - actual memos that the people who wrote them wish weren't real.• "The Quiz" - the main part of the show, where audience members and live callers play the quiz to win various somewhat-fabulous prizes.

There's also just a lot of general silliness and snarkiness throughout the show.

ARE THERE V.I.P. TICKETS?
Yes! 100 VIP tickets are available for purchase at $50/each. A VIP ticket gets you a seat in the front-most Orchestra section, and access to a reception after the broadcast.

VIP tickets are NOT available on-line because the service charges are kinda steep, please purchase them either in person at The State's box office (107 West State Street in Ithaca) or call (607) 27-STATE.

The reception will be at the Hilton Garden Inn (one block north and one block east from The State) and you'll get to meet-n-mingle with Michael, Jim and the entire Whad'ya Know cast & crew. Finger food will be provided. You'll also have the opportunity to purchase the Whad'ya Know: Test Your Knowledge book and you can probably guilt Michael into signing it for you.

DOES WEOS BROADCAST WHAD'YA KNOW?

Yes we do, every Saturday from 12n to 2pm. Catch it on 89.7FM across the Finger Lakes, or 88.1FM in downtown Ithaca. We're positive you'll find it so irresistably funny that you'll immediately buy a dozen tickets for yourself and your friends. Or you'll run screaming off into the night. Preferably the former.

WAIT, I THOUGHT YOU SAID THE SHOW STARTS AT 11AM???
WEOS normally tape-delays Whad'ya Know by one-hour. However, on June 5th we will air it live at 11am. Wait, Wait...Don't Tell Me will move to 1 - 2pm just for June 5th.

IS THE AUDIENCE INVOLVED IN THE SHOW?
Yes! Besides applause and laughter that Michael is sure to tease from you, the show will be soliciting audience members to participate in the live quiz. Details will be provided at the show.
